We placed this order on 3 December but did not receive the goods finally until the third week in February. The delay seemed to be largely due to the manufacturer (Twyfords).
However, it was not evident from your website or during the ordering process that these goods were not in stock. Neither was the likelihood of such a lengthy delay in delivery made clear.
I feel this kind of issue ought to be highlighted to potential purchasers in some way....

I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged. I ordered a boiler part fro my very old boiler and tried numerous places to get it, but had no joy, half expected as part is technically obsolete. So full marks to My tub, they managed to source and delivery part perfectly. Also kept me up to date with email messages when delays in orderdelivery, so very good service.
So many thanks for delivering where others failed and for great service. ...
