Ive placed two orders with my tub now. On both occasions my tub delivered exactly what was ordered, for one of the best or the best prices available, and to the delivery date. They also seemed to take onboard instructions such as "please dont deliver during school run times".
Dont really know what more you could ask....

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Im happy to say you have provided me with an excellent service in sourcing the boiler part i needed. Two other companies had advised the part was obsolete, despite it being listed on their websites and taking payments. Im still waiting for a refund from the second company 5 days later! I phoned My Tub who checked while i was on the phone to confirm they could get the part and consequently it was with me in two days....

I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. Someone from the firm was quickly on the phone to let me know when the delivery would take place (following an abortive attempt to the wrong address by the carrier!) and the lever was exactly as specified....
