Very efficient service. You telephoned with an approximate time the order would be delivered and I received it well before that time. I will certainly use you again if the need arises...

Thanks very much for the prompt delivery of our order - and the emails keeping us informed of its progress....

I ordered some coals for a gas fire which included delivery, but due to the delicate nature of the coals you would not deliver I dont know why you show something on you web site that you cannot deliver. You then had to re credit me for the delivery cost. The item was then sent to another distributer which I had to collect from.
All this took me numerous phone calls and over a weeks wait I would have been better going straight to the local distributer....

I have found your service especially that of your technical department, helpful, knowledgeble and where you did not know the answers you went out of your way to find them - Thank you.
I have also found your delivery service and customer care very professional....

Order arrived safely on time, well packaged. Items are correct. It is satisfying to know that elements from ancient toaster are still available at reasonable price. I shall be looking at "Mytub" again when I need parts for domestic appliances....
