Made two orders with your company and have been very impressed with the customer service, particularly in helping me get a relatively rare bath delivered very quickly. Matched the price of another site too, which is excellent. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend MyTub to others. Superb, many thanks....

Having this rare item in stock saved the job! The new installation now exactly matches the original that was fitted in 1932. Excellent email updates on the progress of the order....

I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED
DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th
Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT
NOBODY LET ME KNOW!

Good afternoon,
We are sorry about this.
We had confirmed the original date with the delivering branch but the driver could not physically finish his round, hence delivery the following day. We were not informed about the delay.
Regards
MyTub...
