The courier has tried to deliver my parcel twice but despite me putting a message on the order, which you acknowledged the courier wont leave the parcel so I am still waiting!
If I was honest the whole shopping experience with mytub has been a bit of a disappointment. I was told the item was in stock yet you gave an estimated delivery date of 10 days later. However you did change this to the 1212 after I emailed you which was good of you. But now I am now in the position of having to stay in all day Monday waiting for the courier to deliver despite you noting my message that the parcel could be left....

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. Using the website to find the part required for my Aqualisa shower was simple and straightforward as was the ordering process.
