Smooth ordering process.
Items despatched and delivered to me as planned.
The goods were well packaged and arrived safe and sound.
My gas engineer will be able to give a more balanced view when he arrives to service my fire but I cannot see any issues....

BRILLIANT SERVICE!!! Kept us informed all along the way and you have helped Adlington Hall keep warm at a very crucial time for a Grade 1 listed building. Thank you and hope we do business again. Merry Christmas...

Bit of a delay - 1st because out of stock, then something went wrong with the delivery order. But they kept me advised and and, when it did arrive, all ok and at good price with free delivery on order over £25.
Would use again.
