I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. I placed a small order for 6m of 15mm x 1mm thick copper tube which is an unusual size not commonly stocked. Between them Deborah and Christine managed to source the tube and get it safely delivered. Given service like this I will certainly use MyTube again....

The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. Was sent an email saying it would be 14 days delivery, it arrived the next day so that was good, but clearly don't really know what's going on. Delivery costs quite pricey for something that costs less than a £1 to post.
