Pleased to receive the Wavin Actuator. The heating was installed about 2.5 years ago, and we have lived here 6 months. It had never worked properly due to being installed wrongly. It is now OK. Wavin sent me a circuit diagram, so I could diagnose the fault.

This is the second time I have purchased through Mytub, and I have to say the service is excellent. There was a slight delay with the order, as it was an older part, so had to be requested from one of their branches, nevertheless, I received an email everyday with and update and dispatch details, and then a follow up to ensure I had received it. I will definitely use Mytub again, and would recommend them to anyone. Additionally, the item I ordered was expensive, however, Mytub was also the cheapest site to order from. 5 stars!...

I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. Slight issue with wrong item being delivered, however manufacturers fault and not My Tub. Excellent correspondence throughout. Cant fault the customer service, especially Jeannette who was very helpful. Many thanks and would not hesitate to recommend this company....

Your 7-10 day delivery was way out,almost had to cancel. Then the
incorrect item was delivered, after a bit of research i found this was down
to City Plumbing who eventually supplied the cistern. Your people very
helpful and most of all kept me informed as to what was happening. Good
communication counts for a lot,no problems with buying from My Tub in the
future....
