I am so glad I found this site I saved over a £100 on two indesit washing machine parts. Not only that but delivery was so prompt I was amazed, the part turning up next day when it was estimated for a couple of days later. This site is really a great find for me. If you don't believe me do a check and compare the prices with any parts site you will see the difference well atleast for washing machine parts you will cus that's the items I have bought for off this site. I am a bit disappointed if I am honest, If the delivery date was shown to me before I paid, it wasnt obvious enough because I didnt see it. Had I realised it would take 5 or 6 days i.e. you probably didnt have it in stock I would have gone else where.
Added to that, when the delivery driver arrived he didnt waste any time trying to find anyone, there were at least 4 people here at the time, so he didnt leave it in the porch I dont remember seeing a delivery instruction box on the order page either Consequently I had to drive to Hexham to collect it, but the item was still on the van from the day before , so I had to wait until after 3:30pm to get it.

You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again ...
