I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. I had a problem trying to find a replacement element for my old towel warmer, and Steve went to great lengths to try and find a solution for me. Unfortunately he couldnt resolve the issue, but he was extremely helpful and understanding and I thank him for that....

we are thoroughly disappointed with the service we have received. the order took a very long time to arrive, when it eventually did the number of parts we ordered was wrong. after complaining about a missing part it arrived the next day which leads to the question why did they take so long to arrive in the first place. the price is very good for the parts we wanted but the service let you down and I dont think we will be using you again.
