I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. i recently made an order with you it was ment to cost nothing foe postage and then i recived a phone call from a courier sercice called streamline and it ended up costing me an extra fifteen pound postage what is that all about . not impresed .

I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. We only deliver free to the main land and this charge would have been unavoideable. Sorry again for the way this took place I am investigating who this came about.

My order for the "difficult to source" AirCon filter spares that I needed was exactly what I wanted. It was delivered before the date advised by MyTub.
I searched the internet for the part number and found nowhere in the UK offering this part at the price offered by MyTub....
