Simple order taking by someone who knew exactly what I wanted - packed and delivered on time to MyTub, but one day earlier than I reasonably expected.
Thank You....

Just what I wanted and at a much better price for the item and the carriage than other suppliers....

Item received in good condition but item described was not what I received. I am still waiting for confirmation as to whether this can be returned and the cost for doing this!!! Please contact me on 020 7924 3650.
Many thanks

Good service. Had problems getting the product elsewhere {Screw-Fix}. I got the taps I required at a good price {less than Screw fix} and they arrived when promised. Well pleased. Well done. Will definitely use your company in future....

I ordered from Finland on 30.12 and had it delivered to my door on 22.1. The shipment was 49 GBP. It was still cheaper then local price here, and I must say that customer support was most helpful within their possibilities.
MyTub, get your international shipment deals better, you have great offer and great staff there, but I cannot recommend anyone from overseas to shop here....

The tap arrived as you promised. My only comment your service is the lack of it at weekends!...
