Excellent service and good communications! Managed to get me a sink unit which was no longer readily available, direct from supplier. Delivered ahead of schedule. First class!...

My order was fulfilled by Plumb Centre, Reading who not only failed to turn up on the agreed morning, but also sent the wrong sink their picking error - the paperwork sent to them was correct.
However, Jeannette sorted it all out for me and managed the situiation through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Well Done !
As such, I would have no problem ordering from MyTub again....

You offered a first class service with uptodate messages being forwarded to me as to where my order could be collected.
My order was made available ahead of time and was collected from the appropriate store with no fuss at all.
Thank you very much. I shall use you again if the need arises....

Great service and great pricing. A pleasure to deal with, especially after suffering some truly abysmal service from a LoughboroughLeicester based bathroom supplier. I wouldnt hessiate to recommend them to others....
