Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again....

Thanks for handling my order cancellation so quickly and proficiently. The part and the price were right, but I couldnt find someone who would install it. Guess they like to order parts direct and charge a mark up.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80....
