My Product has
a Fault... what do I do?
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact
us as soon as you become aware of the problem with the
goods and stop using them. We will deal with the matter
in accordance with your legal rights.
Loss or damage in transit
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please
let us know promptly. MyTub shall make good any defects
or shortages in accordance with your legal rights. You
as the buyer and MyTub as the seller shall only be liable
under the contract for losses, which are a reasonably
foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.
Fair Play
At MyTub Ltd we operate a fair play policy to protect
you and us. We will warrantee immediately anything our
suppliers see as being down to a manufacturers fault.
Occasionally people try to warranty products unfairly
(i.e. when a product had been abused) or change their
mind about a product well into its usage. We do our
best to resolve problems but don't consider this fair
play. Ultimately we want happy customers - so please
be fair with us and we'll be fair with you.
Returning Goods
DO NOT
post any goods to this office, receiving goods is not
possible and will be refused.
Please contact us before doing anything. Due
to the fragile nature of the majority of our goods,
we use our own distribution network for deliveries and
returns. We arrange the pickup of all our goods by our
own distribution network, this ensures that any loss
or damage in transit is our responsibility and not yours.
Returns - Basic Terms
Goods delivered must be canceled in writing
within 14 calendar days after the day of receipt. Returns
will incur a returns delivery charge of 25% of the gross
value of the product to be returned. Should your item
not incur a returns delivery charge, the full value
will be refund.
You have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession, how would you feel to receive something that looked second hand? canceled goods along with the packaging should be in a new, resaleable condition.
Goods must be complete - even if broken.
Goods must not be fitted or used.
Goods must be clean.
Please keep all original packaging in as new condition as possible.
This clause is to ensure that our customer service level
is kept to a premium. It is the consumer’s responsibility
to ensure they order the correct product from the web
site.
If you are not 100% sure you are ordering the correct item we advise you to email or call our
sales support team with any queries prior to purchase .
MyTub Ltd is not a silent business and encourages consumer
interaction.
Exceptions to the returns policy;
Unless product is deemed to have a manufactures fault, printed circuit board (PCB) parts/spares, gas carrying parts, items that we have to order especially for you in to the company and made to order items are none returnable.
Product Price Errors
We do our best to ensure product prices on our web site
are up to date and correct but errors occur occasionally.

MyTub Ltd accepts most major credit cards for online
orders and uses 128 bit SSL so your information is safe.
You'll be asked to enter your card details and the name
and the address of the card holder when you place your
order. These details are checked and we may hold an
order until we receive correct details. We'll contact
you if we find the card or address details to be incorrect.

Changes to our Terms will be posted on this page so
you can always be confident of how we process your orders
and information and what our terms are.
Worldwide Customers
We welcome sales from customers in other countries ,prices
exclude UK Sales Tax (VAT), currently at 20%,
which may not be payable by foreign customers; however, additional
delivery charges will apply. Please telephone and
we will do our best to assist. Please note that product warranties will not be valid outside of the UK. |
