How long is my
Warranty?
All products purchased from MyTub Ltd are fully covered
by manufacturer’s warranty. Some manufacturers
offer extended warranty. With any purchase it is important
that the customer understands that particular manufacturers
warranty/terms and conditions
What does my Warranty Cover?
Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects -
not damage caused by wear and tear, crashing or abuse.
If you feel the product you purchased has developed
a warranty fault not due to the above, please contact
us.
Product Maintenance
Sometimes a customer will call after several months
of using a product and tell us that a part of their
product has a default and/or may have caused damage
to the product. First of all please stop using the product
if you even suspect something might be wrong please
email us.
My Product has a Fault... what do I do?
If a fault develops you must stop using the product
immediately and contact us. The product will need to
be returned to us, in most cases the manufacturer will
arrange for the product to be collected. The manufacturer
warranty only covers faults that develop during normal
usage of the product. You must contact us first for
instruction as to how to proceed.
Fair Play
At MyTub Ltd we operate a fair play policy to protect
you and us. We will warrantee immediately anything our
suppliers see as being down to a manufacturers fault.
Occasionally people try to warranty products unfairly
(i.e. when a product had been abused) or change their
mind about a product well into its usage. We do our
best to resolve problems but don't consider this fair
play. Ultimately we want happy customers - so please
be fair with us and we'll be fair with you.
Returning Goods
Please contact us BEFORE doing anything.
Returns - Basic Terms
Goods other than warranty products or incorrect
products delivered must be returned within 7 days after
the day of receipt. Should your item not incur a resocking
fee the full value will be refund. Some products may
incure a restocking fees of 25% of the net value of
the product to be returned. MyTub ltd is recouping the
charge we may incur only, and would prefer not to have
to do this.
Goods must be in original packaging including labeling.
Goods must be complete - even if broken.
Goods must not be fitted or used.
Goods must be clean.
This clause is to ensure that our customer service level
is kept to a premium. It is the consumer’s responsibility
to ensure they order the correct product from the web
site.
We advise all our customers to email us. Or call our
sales support team with any queries prior to purchase.
MyTub Ltd is not a silent business and encourages consumer
interaction.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused if
you have packed the goods incorrectly - please take
care to package well.
Postage Refund
We only refund postage on goods deemed to be warranty
by the manufacturer or if we send out the wrong item.

Postage - which service to use
For security and verification, you may only send goods
back to us using Priority, Recorded Delivery or Guaranteed
services but we can only refund the approximate first
class postage cost.
Product Price Errors
We do our best to ensure product prices on our web site
are up to date and correct but errors occur occasionally.
Please email us if you think there is a problem.
Secure Payment
MyTub Ltd accepts most major credit cards for online
orders and uses 128 bit SSL so your information is safe.
You'll be asked to enter your card details and the name
and the address of the card holder when you place your
order. These details are checked and we may hold an
order until we receive correct details. We'll contact
you if we find the card or address details to be incorrect.
