This order turned out to be a long drawn out affair as I was after a discontinued basin. The first one turned up damaged, the second one was the wrong item, the third one was correct. Yes I have now received my motorised valve but not without a hic up ! I appears that some where alone the process of sending me the valve my delivery address was manually transferred or maybe read from a post code. I gave you the address of Bucksburn Academy and the package was addressed Bucksburn Clinic. I was good fortune that you put my mobile phone number on the parcel and some kind health visitor called it! Any how I am pleased with the valve and will not hesitate to use you again because your pricing is good and the delivery is quick potentially!. Thanks Peter...

Hi Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging. In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!! Good that you can check stocks and estimate delivery! Andy Moss...
