When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned.
