The bathroom basin arrived safely on the scheduled day, it was exactly as ordered and was fitted and in use the next day. The mytub website provided good information, the prices were highly competitive, and the service was excellent. The only improvement I could suggest would be a courier that gives an arrival time window, but it wasnt a problem for us....

Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!

I ordered the D-shaped shower rail from Mytub, and have to say I'm really pleased with the quality of the shower rail - and it looks great over our shower bath!

Very pleased with the Liff tap I ordered, thank you.
Christine was on the case and kept me informed and updated on the expected delivery date.
I fitted this replacement tap next day and it is working fine.
