All stuff ordered arrived as agreed. Successfully fitted. All working. My only constructive comment would be the time that it took to arrive. I am sure that there are good reasons for the elapsed time and I am happy to have waited because he price was good value. However, I did have to flush the toilet with a bucket while waiting. If I had realised what the wait time would be, I might have paid you or someone else more to get the item quicker. I dont remember the delivery time being made clear before paying....

Hi yes I received it many thanks. Only one problem I thought the basin was included! I thought it was a very good price!!! Obviously too good to be true. Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th. The produce is excellent but the delivery time was excessive and, if this is normal, should be indicated beside the illustration on your website. All communications about this have been prompt and courteous - thanks for that....

We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints.
