I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. parts took a while to turn up but i was kept informed every step of the way, ability to pick it up from a local store was very useful, so whilst not the fastest service, my customer experience was very good....

Very quick reponse, item delivered promptly. Very good service.
Only issue is the soft close is very, very slow to close. I have one other of these fitted to the main bathroom and that works OK. Cannot see how this can be adjusted....
