Easy to find the product I was seeking on the MyTub website. It was helpful having the product number against which to search.
Five days including a weekend from order to delivery.
Good communication including initial notification then confirmation of delivery date and information, when requested, of an approximate delivery time.
The product looks good and I assume it will work well as our plumber had no problem fitting it.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again. ...
