Extremely difficult product to get hold of so was delighted that you had been able to obtain for me.
Delivery did not happen on the 2 delivery dates advised but i suspect this was partly out of your hands since it was coming directly from supplier. You responded very promptly every time i contacted you and finally arranged special delivery because of the delay.
Overall very satisfied and would use you again.
Also great to see you publish all feedback good or bad....

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. Very pleased with your service However i Was led to believe that the Esher Three pack included a towel rail and it tuned out to be a Towel ring . Which we do not want. problem is currently being resolved...

Order arrived very quickly once I had managed to place order. Found website very annoying to use for a first order and nearly gave up.
Cannot see why a single order for a small item cannot be ordered over the phone with a credit or debit card especially using something like PayPal....
