|i recently made an order with you it was ment to cost nothing foe postage and then i recived a phone call from a courier sercice called streamline and it ended up costing me an extra fifteen pound postage what is that all about . not impresed .

I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. We only deliver free to the main land and this charge would have been unavoideable. Sorry again for the way this took place I am investigating who this came about.

|My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly and courteously. I was kept up to date regarding my order, which was delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Very happy with the service. The items I bought were reasonably priced and just what I wanted. Your sales people were helpful in finding my nearest outlet with items in stock because I needed them urgently and pickup was very straightforward.
|The part I ordered came in reasonable time, I picked it up from my local plumb centre. At first I was quite annoyed at the fact that my location was going to incur a £15.00 vat delivery charge, this is maybe something that could be made clearer at the time of purchase, however , the communication between myself and your customer service department was excellent, and they assured me no charge would be added if I picked it up in Castlewellan. I would use you again in the future
