|MyTub provided a very good service for a specialist item keeping me fully informed from the initial order through to deliver, which due to the nature of the item took a few weeks. Would happily recommend this company.

|Still waiting for my item, wrong item delivered and now told correct item not in stock. This is contrary to the stock enquiry information I was given when I placed my order. This is now holding up my builder and I will now possibly be charged for the delay in his time.

|delivery was very slow. It took 10 days from ordering to my door, which very slow if you need something urgent. the ordering on the net itself was easy.

Unfortunately only the manufacture hold stock of these and they were out of stock at the time of your order.
|Although mytub couldnt fulfil my complete order I was kept informed with instant messages and delivery was quick. Seems like a good setup and I wouldnt hesitate in using them again
|Though probably not your fault but your suppliers I have always found Daikin to be crap at everything they do, delivery time was past a joke order 7 dec receive 9 jan.
|Very happy with product ordered, but was not very happy with paying £12.50 for postage seeing as I ordered on 18 Dec 2010 and only received item 5 Jan 2011.
|Delivery was on the date requested with all items correct. Excellent service - much better that Bathstore who were supposed to supply other items on the project.
