|Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

I have spoken with the delivering branch and these are indeed genuine Roca products.
You are very welcome to return them for a full refund.
I will be calling Roca today to give them your feedback and ask their comments.

They are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks – my ‘find’ was a fluke by virtue of the fact that I called Grants to ask a techy question.
They advised it was extremely unusual that they had one in stock – so that’s when I jumped at it in the hope we could secure it.
So well done you guys for reacting so quickly to my email – others would have dragged their feet.
Most of all the ‘mrs’ thinks I’m a star – brownie points for me…..which as the ladies in the office will probably confirm have a shelf life of about 12 hours!!!!

|Slower delivery than competitOrd but more attractive price
|Disappointed, did not receive goods on date given. On further enquiry to My Tub customer service, adviser who was apologetic and took my details but did not phone me back with progress update, I had to re-phone for progress update and was advised by a more than helpful adviser that my order had not even been picked up by the courier for delivery and was awaiting dispatch. Had an e mail the following day with update on expected delivery date, unfortunately no will be home to receive goods on this date and will have to see what the courier does as I have been told the goods need a signature on receipt.
Not happy especially with the cost of Â£12 delivery charge. Post office do Special delivery next day service starting from Â£5 and order can be picked up locally if no one is home o
