When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. very good service. mailed on sunday to ask how long to get part.mail reply early monday morning.ordered 10.00am monday and delivered to door tuesday 2.00pm.it was only a knob for a gas fire but postage was cheaper than other sites.can only recomend site.
