Still waiting for my item, wrong item delivered and now told correct item not in stock. This is contrary to the stock enquiry information I was given when I placed my order. This is now holding up my builder and I will now possibly be charged for the delay in his time.

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. good communication, but delivery times are excessively long for no real reason.
prices quoted are excellent, although an automatic option for collect at store....without having to 1st pay p&p, then get a refund should be offered.
overall very pleased but if I required a part urgently, I would look elsewhere.

Impressive communication and excellent rapid service.
Would have liked to easily obtain images for a number of items especially baths. Difficult to select without images and more detailed specifications in some sections.
