Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Although the Cartridge was expensive , but could not get the same anywhere else, had too buy it, but the time it took to receive it was very acceptable. Have not fitted it yet but I am sure it will be fine. I probably could have got a nrew tap cheaper but buying the cartridge saves all the hassle. Would us MyTub again.

It arrived when expected albeit a few days later than originally stated. WE were kept informed via e-mail regarding the delay and have no complaints. We await a plumber so. as yet, cannot say whether we are completely satisified. Hopefully it will fit as it is a replacement for a bidet which has been discontinued.

i ve used your service to obtain Radiant boiler part. im basically happy to get the proper part. I will probably use your service again because i cant really find any other suplier. you ruin your service by sending a tiny sensor by fedex instead of sending it by post in a padded envelope. i ended up paying nearly double amount for delivery than for the price of the item.13-item,22-delivery i dont even want to mention that the Fedex price for this delivery is 16 so probably your pacaging is 6. i recon that a padded envelope and postage wouldnt be much more than 6. also i hardly believe that your company doesnt use post at all. i wouldnt feel so bad if the delivery was fast for this money but it took a week.i know that im not an important customer i migyht by 1-2 small part a year so yo
